What we collect and why
We use your name, mobile number, requested schedule, handover location, item details, condition notes and service instructions to arrange and deliver cleaning services. We keep booking history, quote acknowledgements, payment references, receiving-account details and transfer evidence for service coordination and bookkeeping.
Photos and payment evidence
Item, intake, progress and before/after photos are available privately through your order link. Cleaning photos become eligible for automatic deletion 60 days after completion or cancellation, and are removed on the next successful cleanup run. Active and on-hold orders retain their photos. Payment, refund and royalty-transfer evidence, booking records and audit history do not follow that photo-deletion schedule.
Who can access records
Authorized CleanWear team members access records according to their role. Business owners and DJB Group of Companies, Inc., as the website operator and royalty recipient, have operational and financial visibility. Staff cannot verify payments or access aggregate royalty reports. Neon stores database records, Better Auth provides team authentication, and private Vercel Blob stores files. Hosting providers process data to operate the website; the selected deployment determines any additional hosting providers.
Your private link
Anyone with your private link can view that booking and submit information for it. Do not post or forward the link publicly. Contact the team if it is lost or shared accidentally so they can replace it. Private file links expire after five minutes.
Public before/after gallery
Client photos are not published automatically. An owner must record the client’s separate publication permission before approving a before/after photo. Contact us to withdraw permission. Existing short-lived file links can remain usable until they expire.
Cookies and browser storage
Team sign-in uses necessary authentication cookies. The browser stores booking drafts and private tracking access for the session. This application does not include advertising trackers or automated marketing subscriptions.
Privacy questions and corrections
Contact CleanWear at 0910 425 7128 or 0976 465 6961 for record corrections, access requests, lost tracking links, publication withdrawal or other privacy concerns. We may need to verify your identity before discussing private records.
